Description
The NETGEAR Wireless Extender uses the electrical wiring that's already in your home to add 54Mbps 802.11b/g connectivity to any room in your house, no matter how far it is from the network router and without running new cables. The base unit connects to your existing router to the electrical wiring in your home through any outlet and the remote unit with its wireless hub instantly links to the base unit when it is plugged into any other outlet (the two units must be on a single circuit).
